The Big Award

I hope that our children get Lindsay's writing skills. Lindsay won a national award from the National Newspaper Association for a story she wrote while working at the Antelope Vally Press(Comparable to LA Times, OK maybe not but pretty high up there). She was one of only two writers that won a first place award, and the other person was an editor. Lindsay has definitely got some skills in writing. This explains why we basically have the best Blog out there. Lindsay enjoyed her time at the newspaper, and all of the different people she got to interview. This particular article was published in the Valley Life (features) section, which was one of three sections that she wrote for (religion, business and features).
